This license allows anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, reuse, adapt, and build upon the published material for lawful purposes, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the authors and the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made are clearly indicated.

Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the right of first publication to HAKIKI: Jurnal Integrasi dan Studi Islam.

 

License for Publication

By submitting and publishing an article in this journal, the authors agree to the following terms.

1. Grant of License

The authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and communicate the article to the public in both print and electronic formats. The article will be published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

2. Author Declaration

The authors declare that:

• The manuscript is an original work;
• The manuscript has not been previously published;
• The manuscript is not currently under consideration by another journal;
• The article does not contain unlawful or defamatory material;
• The article does not infringe the rights of any third party;
• All necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material have been obtained.

3. User Rights

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, users may share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given and derivative works are distributed under the same license.

4. Rights Retained by Authors

Authors retain:

• Copyright and moral rights to the article;
• Patent rights and other proprietary rights, where applicable;
• The right to use the article in future scholarly works such as books, lectures, and teaching materials;
• The right to reproduce the article for personal and educational purposes;
• The right to deposit and archive the published version in institutional repositories and personal websites.

5. Joint Authorship

The corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have approved the final version of the manuscript and have agreed to its submission and publication under these terms.

6. Termination of Agreement

This agreement may be terminated by either party through written notice in the event of a material breach that is not remedied within the specified period. Termination does not affect rights already granted under the publication license.

7. Royalties

Authors are not entitled to receive royalties or other financial compensation arising from the publication or reuse of the article.

8. Editorial and Publication Rights

SANDIKA: Jurnal Integrasi dan Studi Islam reserves the right to make editorial changes to maintain consistency in language, writing style, spelling, punctuation, and formatting. Publication of the article is subject to successful completion of the editorial and peer review process.

Authors understand that accepted articles will be made openly available on the HAKIKI: Jurnal Integrasi dan Studi Islam website without charge to readers as part of the journal’s open access policy.
