This license permits anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, reuse, adapt, and build upon the published material for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors and the journal, a link to the license is provided, and any modifications are clearly indicated.

Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant KHIDMAT: Jurnal Penerapan Ilmu dan Pemberdayaan Berkelanjutan the right of first publication.

License to Publish

By submitting and publishing an article in this journal, authors agree to the following terms.

1. Grant of License

Authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and communicate the article to the public in print and electronic forms. The article will be published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

2. Author Warranties

Authors confirm that:

  • the manuscript is an original work;

  • the manuscript has not been published previously;

  • the manuscript is not under consideration by another journal;

  • the article does not contain unlawful or defamatory material;

  • the article does not infringe the rights of third parties;

  • all necessary permissions for copyrighted materials have been obtained.

3. User Rights

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, users may share and adapt the published work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that attribution is given and derivative works are distributed under the same license.

4. Rights Retained by Authors

Authors retain:

  • copyright and moral rights in the article;

  • patent and other proprietary rights, if applicable;

  • the right to use the article in future scholarly works such as books, lectures, and teaching materials;

  • the right to reproduce the article for personal and educational purposes;

  • the right to deposit and self-archive the published version in repositories and personal websites.

5. Co-Authorship

The corresponding author confirms that all co-authors have approved the final manuscript and have authorized submission and publication under these terms.

6. Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice in the event of a material breach that is not remedied within the specified period. Termination will not affect rights already granted under the published license.

7. Royalties

Authors are not entitled to royalties or other financial compensation arising from publication or reuse of the article.

8. Editorial and Publication Rights

The journal reserves the right to perform editorial editing for consistency in language, style, spelling, punctuation, and formatting. Publication is subject to successful completion of the editorial and peer-review process.

Authors acknowledge that accepted articles will be made publicly available online free of charge as part of the journal’s open-access policy.
