Pemberdayaan UMKM Berbasis Digital melalui Optimalisasi QRIS untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Keuangan dan Kemandirian Ekonomi Masyarakat
Isi Artikel Utama
Abstrak
Purpose: This article develops an evidence-based digital empowerment model for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by optimizing the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), not merely as a payment channel but as an entry point to strengthen digital financial literacy and economic self-reliance.
Design/Methodology: The study applies an integrative applied-research design using recent peer-reviewed literature with DOI references published predominantly in 2021–2026, combined with secondary data from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. Evidence is synthesized into a staged community-empowerment framework covering diagnosis, literacy, QRIS activation, transaction-record integration, risk control, and mentoring.
Findings: The synthesis indicates that payment digitalization generates stronger value when QRIS adoption is accompanied by practical financial knowledge, transaction reconciliation, simple bookkeeping, security awareness, and the use of transaction data for business decisions. A five-stage “QRIS-BERDAYA” model is therefore proposed to move MSMEs from access and adoption toward productive and sustainable use.
Practical Implications: The model can guide universities, local governments, banks, payment service providers, and MSME communities in designing measurable mentoring programs.
Originality/Value: The article shifts the focus from QRIS adoption intention to post-adoption capability and links digital payments with financial behavior, record quality, resilience, and community economic independence.
