To support this commitment, the journal implements the following digital archiving strategies:

All journal content is managed and stored through OJS, which supports sustainable digital publishing and long-term access.
  2. LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe)
The journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to distribute multiple copies of content across various archive locations, ensuring data security and availability.
  3. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)
The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network to ensure long-term digital preservation of its content.
  4. Self-Archiving
Authors are permitted to self-archive the published version of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other academic platforms, provided that proper citation to the original publication is included.

Through this policy, KHIDMAH: Journal of Community Service and Innovation ensures that all publications are securely preserved and remain accessible over time.
